Office-Accounting Manager Job Description

C & L Sweeper and General Services is seeking an individual who engenders our core values and is looking to join a team of professionals who work in a culture created by its core values.

The position of office-accounting Manager requires someone who possesses the skills set that comes from office management experience to include but not limited to the following;

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence electronically and on the phone, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks including spreadsheets.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Analyze problems and develop solutions.
  • Managing a company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
  • Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
  • Managing filing systems;
  • Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management;

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget
  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Functions
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position; experience with operations preferred.
  • Accounting degree a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polite and Clear Phone Manner
